NIPPV在重症肺炎集束化治疗中的应用

Objective: To examine the effects of Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation(NIPPV) on severe pneumonia bundled strategies。
Methods: We observed the clinical manifestations and blood gas analysis data in 29 cases of patients with severe pneumonia in our hospital. Then, we compared the variation after the implementation of bundled strategies withbi-level airway positive pressure ventilation.
Results: The clinical manifestations and blood gas analysis data were evidently proved compared with the before. The results were statistically significant (P < 0.05). And the mortality reduced obviously.
Conclusion: It could prevent the patient's condition to worsening, reduce application of invasive mechanical ventilation, and improve prognosis of patients, when we utilize NIPPV in the bundled Strategy to severe pneumonia.
