Diagnosis and Treatment Effect of Patients in EICU

Purpose: clarify the incidence, healing rate, mortality and different results from different therapy to the same disease.
Methods: Altogether 161 patients who met the set criteria were enrolled in the study. Their incidence, healing rate, mortality and different results from different therapy to the same disease were studied.
Results: (1) The incidence, healing rate and mortality ofnervous system illnesses are the highest. (2) Acute cerebral vascular disease, acute coronary syndrome(ACS) and acute episode of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) have the highest incidence in their relevant system. (3) As to cerebral hemorrhage, the group of micro drainage is not better than the control group; As to ACS, the group of PCI is better than the control group.
Conclusion：Analysis about spectrum of disease will help us to take different measures to the patients in EICU.
