目的 he aim of this study was to assess the effect of intra-abdominal hypertension combined with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) on hemodynamics, systemic oxygenation, and organ damage in porcine .
方法 e used a N2 pneumoperitoneum to increase the IAP to 30 mmHg in 6 of 12 SAP animals thereafter and keep constant during the experiment. Control animals (n=6) only received sham operation without inflation of N2. The investigation period was 12 h.
结果 In the study group, cardiac output decreased more significantly compared to SAP animals. Furthermore, AST, creatinine, SUN and lactate increased significantly in the study group paralleled with profoundly decrease in SvO2. The histopathological analysis also revealed higher grade injury of liver, intestine and lung in the study group.
结论 ere were remarkable and relatively irreversible effects on global hemodynamics and organ function in response to sustained IAH of 12h with the underlying condition of SAP.
