紧急组建甲型H1N1流感病房的护理管理

摘要：目的 探讨甲型H1N1流感病房的护理管理策略。方法 对紧急调配的护士进行思想教育，建立有效的科室二级质量管理体系，努力做好各项协调工作，确保科室的护理质量。结果 无一例护理原因造成的甲型H1N1流感患者死亡病例。
Abstract: Objective To explore the methods of nursing management in ICU for patients with influenza A H1N1 influenza. Method The ideological education to the nurses in the emergency deployment, the establishment of quality management system, and the efforts to improve coordination, can ensure the quality of care departments. Results None of care causes in patients with influenza A H1N1 influenza deaths.
