摘要：目的： 探讨非医务人员心肺复苏培训效果及策略。方法：对随机抽取的非医务人员进行理论和操作技能培训，然后进行理论考核及操作考核。结果：通过对120名员工随机抽样调查，培训前对心肺复苏知识知晓率仅23.33%(28/120)，通过两次培训与考核证明非医务人员基本掌握了心跳骤停的诊断和徒手心肺复苏术，和医务人员无明显差异，均100%，但对心跳骤停的临床理论掌握仍然不满意。结论：要重视非医务人员心肺复苏培训,培训重点应在操作方面，多次反复进行,注重实际效果。

Abstract   Objective To investigate the training methods of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) in non-medical personnels. Methods 120 of non-medical personnels were taken at random and trained with theoretics and operation methods of CPR, and then examined. Results In 120 of non-medical personnels, the ratio of knowing of CPR was only 23.33%(28/120) before CPR training. After two times of training and examine of CPR, all the non- medical personnels got hold of the diagnosis of cardiac arrest and the methods of CPR, the ratio was the same as the medical personnels ratio(100%). But, the prehension of the

theoretics of cardiac arrest was not satisfied. Conclusions The CPR training is important for non-medical personnels. And thekey projects of CPR training in non-medical personnels was operation again and again, and the actual practice effect.
