BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗COPD合并2型呼吸衰竭50例随机对照研究

摘要：目的：探讨鼻（面）罩无创双水平气道正压通气（BiPAP）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并II型呼吸衰竭的治疗作用。方法：采用随机对照试验设计，入选病例50例，标准治疗组23例，采用鼻导管吸氧＋药物治疗，加用呼吸机治疗组27例，在标准治疗组基础上加用BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗，对照两组病人心率、呼吸频率、血气分析差异。结果：呼吸机治疗组患者心率、呼吸频率、血气分析优于标准治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：无创双水平气道正压机械通气辅助治疗COPD合并II型呼衰具有肯定的疗效（P<0.01）。

The Randomized Control Studies of BiPAP on Fifty Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients with Type II Respiratory Failure

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of the mask-to-face ventilation bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) breathing apparatus onpatients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with type II respiratory failure. Methods Randomized control studies was used. A total of 50 patients were enrolled in this study. Routine therapy was used in the 23 cases of the standard treatment group, while routine therapy and BiPAP breathing apparatus were employed in the 27 cases of the breathing apparatus treatment group. The differences of heart rate, respiratory rate and blood gas analysis were observed before and after the treatment. Results The heart rate, respiratory rate and blood gas analysis in the breathing apparatus treatment group were better than those in the standard treatment group, and the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion BiPAP breathing apparatus has positive effects on patients of COPD with type II respiratory failure.
