感染性休克患者血清甲状腺素和APACHEⅡ评分的关系

Objective To evaluate the correlation between serum free T3, T4 and APACHEⅡscores in patients win septic shock in a general ICU. Methods 12 cases of septic shock were included and studied. These data were evaluated wthan those of 113 survivors Serum FT3, FT4 and TSH were examed by radio-immunology. APACHEⅡ scores were got by the soft APACHEⅡ version 1.0. Results In septic shock patients serum FT3 and FT4 decreased compared with those before diagnosis of septic shock(P＜0.01).. But TSH did not changed. There is a negative correlation between FT3, FT4 and APACHEⅡ scores(P＜0.01). Conclusion FT3 and FT4 decreased in septic shock. The changes reflect seriousness of patients’ condition and predict prognosis.
